The FitOldDog Safe Exercise Wheel runs clockwise, starting at the top, with reward or celebration as a critical final component of each cycle.

There are ever growing resources on the Internet, including those related to exercise with or without a health challenge, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer or diabetes. It is essential to undertake safe exercise for better health. I am hoping to use my experience with a life-threatening aortic aneurysm to bring hope to people with health challenges with respect to their future as athletes through the development of an intelligent exercise philosophy.

This page provides useful links to resources that might be of value to you – don’t give up, life is too brief to miss!

  1. Hi,

I’m wondering if you can help me.

We’ve recently pulled together an article on running with plantar fasciitis that I’m sure would be of interest to your audience. The guide covers everything from what causes the condition right through to a quick overview of the best shoes that sufferers should wear.

Do you accept suggestions for additional link to add to your resources page?

    Warm Regards,

    Paul

    • Hi Paul,
I’m only too happy to promote your article. If you want a free copy of our Plantar Fasciitis Treatment Roadmap, I’ll send you a download link. I can be reached at kevin.t.morgan@earthlink.net.
Send me the best link to use, here. I can also promote you on Facebook, Twitter, and so-forth.
If you want to write an invited blog post, on your article, that would be even better. Plus, the links, of course.
      Kind Regards,
Kevin (off to the pool – better than assisted living).

  2. Emma Sharkey says

    Hey Kevin,

I hope you’re well! I am messaging you on behalf of my father and author, Frank Sharkey. He has written a book I think you might be interested in. Having come across your previous review of ‘The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse’ by Charlie Mackesy, it may be something you’d enjoy reading.

I’ve included the synopsis below. If you think it is a book you’d be interested in reading and reviewing, then I would love to send you a copy in your preferred format. Please just let me know!

Humangee 101- A Manual for Understanding the Human Device.

Inspired by the lessons and principles of practical philosophy, by the author’s teacher in this area, Humangee is a cartoon character used to help us compare the human device with everyday technology, like your laptop or mobile phone.

Humangee is the inner essence of the human which is the same in all of us: no color, no religion, no sex, no origin, no nationality, and demonstrates in a fun and graphic way that the human device is a product of nature, with clearly understood operating software. The inner instrument is governed via known principles and is flexible and smarter while being as manageable as a smartphone. Most humans don’t fully appreciate their device or its software and have never accessed the instruction manual. This is the manual.

It provides an insight on how to review your internal settings, and hence the way for anyone to experience a more contented life by understanding and applying true wisdom.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

    Emma

    • Hi Emma,
I just bought your dad’s book on Amazon, and will read and write a review, if I like it. I never write negative reviews, because they serve no purpose. People’s tastes vary. If you want to return the favor, once my review comes out, I recently published my first novel, after 12 non-fiction, it’s entitled “Scientist in the Dark.” But there is no obligation, of course. Right now it’s only on Amazon, but I need to remedy that. I’m terrible at marketing, it just doesn’t hold my attention.
Please say hi to your Dad, from another INDY author. We are putting pressure on the big publishing houses, who had too much power for too long.
You can communicate more directly at olddogintraining@gmail.com so please confirm receipt of this note, as this is the first time in 11 years that I’ve used this function on my blog.
      Cheers,
      kev

  3. Hi Kevin,

I read your book How to Fight The Crippling Pain of Peripheral Arterial Disease and very much enjoyed it!

Now I want to leave a book review for it on Amazon to say what I’ve learned. But as I`m not in the US at the moment I’m being delayed in posting it on Amazon. I`m not sure why perhaps Amazon is reading my IP from Europe and not allowing me to post on the .com version of their site.

I wonder, have you the exact link for your book for the .com as it keeps changing to a different one of their domains from here. If you send it to me I can try to leave my review for your book on the link you have?
