Slowly Phasing Out This Blog: Athlete with Stent

older athlete conditioning

Hi Folks.

This site contains a great deal of material, with about 1,200 posts, making it unwieldy. My work has moved beyond the AAA stent graft, to other things, especially peripheral artery disease. I’ve therefore created a new website, to which I’ll probably add a blog (perhaps?). I will leave this site in place, but will no longer pour resources into avoidable maintenance.

Time to pivot, and focus on my writing.

You can reach my writer’s website via this link to Inspirational Self Help Books.

I also have a weekly newsletter, which can be accessed via this link.

I am available by email at olddogintraining@gmail.com

Never give up.

MRI scans through the thighs of three guys. Grey is muscle, white is fat, clear ring around the central white spot (bone marrow) is the femoral bone. Note the loss of both muscle and bone mass in the sedentary guy.
