I haven’t forgotten, you my subscribers, I just have lots of Irons in the fire. I tend to report recent comments and ideas on the FaceBook page I created for this work, entitled, “Living Life With An Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, at this link. Most of my time is spent fighting peripheral artery disease, or working out better ways to do so. I’ve written a number of books on the issue, and I really like the latest one. Here it is!
You can find this short tome, on my growing website, “Inspirational Self Help Books,” which explains the technique I developed to turn my feet into “remote blood pumping stations,” to keep me moving with blocked arteries in my lower legs. Damned PAD!
The challenge of this blog is its size. Over 1,100 posts, in a disorganized state. Have to decide what to do about it. My next post here will probably be concerning my next aneurysm checkup. Coming soon, I bet. you never know what they’ll find.
By the way, if you have specific questions, you can write to me at olddogintraining@gmail.com. Or sign up for my weekly newsletter to stay in touch, at this link.
I really appreciate your interest in my work.
Oh yes! If you live in my neighborhood, I’m giving a talk on living with vascular disease in the Carrmill Mall, Carrboro, NC.
Obviously, I’m the presenter on the left of this image.
Cheers,
