Are You Making These Swim Mistakes? FitOldDog Is Improving With Video And Coaching Assistance.

Hi folks, welcome!

Learning to swim is an endless but fascinating process, and video helps a lot. The real beauty of video is that it shows you what you are actually doing in the water, not what you think you are doing.

Lynda.com is excellent if you want to master, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, iMovie, and many more. Sure saves time and improves the product.

Lynda, FitOldDog’s audio-visual-graphics coach.

Rick, my friend and swim coach, kindly prepared some video footage of our latest swim workout, and you’ll see that I have a lot to learn. Today’s post consists of a movie, prepared from Rick’s swim video footage by yours truly, using iMovie and my new LogiTech headset.

By the way, I had a great coach for my iMovie videography lessons, Lynda.com. This training video collection is well worth the modest fee for access to hundreds of training videos. Sure reduces frustration, saves time and improves the product – but, as you will see, I have a lot to learn about movie making, also.

Learning is good – it keeps you young at heart.

Old dog, new tricks! Life is good!

Wishing you happy laps!
