A short course in simple movement therapy, to engage the power of body-awareness.

Comprising 21 easy lessons, of 5 to 15 minutes/day, linked to multiple FitOldDog moment videos. Based on many years of body movement training, from professionals, starting with Jeet Kune Do, the Bruce Lee fighting style, proceeding through Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Continuum, and more.

Carefully selected lessons condensed into FitOldDog’s Simple Movement Therapy method, to treat plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, and aging immobility.

movement therapyAs Bruce Lee said,

“Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”

FitOldDog, the Bruce Lee of Simple Movement Therapy?

My movement training came in handy, as I worked to return to Ironman with an abdominal aortic aneurysm stent graft. It allowed me to find a safe way to train.

Aging-related immobility, sports injuries, and plantar fasciitis, can often be avoided; that is my goal for you!

Your mind is also the best defense against aging immobility.

This simple, but powerful, instruction set:

  • Is not about stretching.
  • Is not about physical exercise.
  • Is not about making strenuous efforts.

It’s about awakening your body-awareness.

It’s about learning to quietly listen to your body, so as to optimize movement.

Modern technology has not helped with this listening process, You need no tools, apart from patience and quiet, to carry out these simple, and insightful, exercises.

I want you to enjoy the same active healthy aging life-style as FitOldDog.

Wishing you happy trails!

  2. Hi Rajeshwari,
I’m sorry you have this problem. I’ve been there, and it can be truly horrible. I really like Monica, especially her attitude and desire to help people.
I am only too happy to do what I am able – this can be a challenge, as it requires some detective work.
Could you do two things, first:
    1. Write out the history of your condition, timing, nature and location of the pain, any prior accidents, consulting with physicians, treatments you’ve tried, and so-forth.
    2. Read my free research report, so we are on the same page – there is still a lot to learn about this condition, or should I say conditions. You can download it to your downloads folder directly from this link:

    As you prefer, you can
    a. Communicate here, which isn’t very effective,
    b. By email (kevin.t.morgan@earthlink.net), or preferably
    c. On my plantar fasciitis (PF) Facebook page, so other people can watch the story unfold. My PF page is at this link, but it’s your call how you communicate.
