Plantar Fasciitis and ITBS are nociceptive ‘disorders’ (warnings?)

As I think about ITBS, I really enjoy my vegetable garden, and my new HB2 tee shirt.
Based on personal experience, I realized what plantar fasciitis and ileo-tibial band syndrome (ITBS) have in common?

Fresh herbs from my garden. Delightful olfactory experience.
They have a nociceptive basis, and can be fixed by changing the way you move. In fact, they can be fixed in moments.
Unlike HB2, but fix it they will!
I don’t need to write a tome, with images to prove it, as I doubt anyone will believe me.
I spent enough time as a researcher, not to care if people believe me. I let the facts speak for themselves.
It’s just too obvious – yes, Gauss is one of my heroes.
