The Simple Things In Life Including Damp Fall Mornings

Hi folks, welcome to my ponderings!

Damp fall morningsFall mornings, especially those damp chilly ones, are perfect for running or walking, so get out there if you can and enjoy our lovely planet.

It is only too easy to let your life rush by, until all of a sudden you realize that you missed it, having been too busy going somewhere in a hurry. Often one forgets what the rush was all about – so STOP for a moment from time-to-time during the day and just look, listen, smell and feel around. That’s it! You’ll sense things you hadn’t noticed, including some that are a delight to the senses.

Don’t miss this chance, it won’t be back.

Then do the same with your friends and family. STOP and look around. You’ll find that some friends aren’t friends at all, they just love themselves too much, so you may have to move on, whereas others that you’ve neglected are always available when the chips are down.

Life is directed by the choices you make from moment to moment, and the way to make the best decisions is to be aware and go with the flow – force never works.

If you are going down the wrong road it is never too soon to stop and turn around.

Wishing you happy trails and good friends.
