Swim Video: Oh! No! Not That Old Wandering Legs Mistake Again?

Hi folks, welcome.

Sometimes we have to relearn the same old things over and over again until we get it right, as has been the case with my swim kick, legs all over the place.

See! My legs are all over the  place again, increasing drag dramatically.

With the pull boy my legs straighten right up, minimizing drag. Now to do that without the pull boy, whilst staying high in the water.

That’s the value of video. I’ve noticed that if I swim pretending I have a pull boy my pace comes close to that with a pull boy, otherwise my swim times are badly off.
