“Habitual thinking is a prison. Repeated patterns of cognition lead us to experience only what we have in the past. Our life becomes a broken record when we let our inertial thought processes rule our lives.” Brian Germain.

Hi folks, welcome!

Flowers and Pears Smaller FileDon’t let a day go by without truly experiencing something great, like the scent of flowers or the crisp explosion of biting into a ripe pear.

Don’t let a day go by without challenging one of your habitual thinking patterns, and change it for the better – all you have to do to identify negative thoughts or activities is to listen to what you say and watch what you do, or just watch how you walk (have a friend make a short video clip while you’re unaware).

The body speaks!

Improve your life, it’s yours after all.
