Time For My Routine Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) CT Scan, While It’s Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) That Dominates My Work

Nietzsche: “He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.”

Yes! My old Cook Zenith AAA Stent Graft is holding together nicely. Grateful every day, Cook Medical, and all the people who installed it.

A stent just like this one, a Cook Zenith, has kept me alive and on the Ironman course for 14 years. Hard to believe.

That said, my PAD book marketing work, on many fronts, including YouTube, proceeds a pace, as marketing has to, so this is my favorite video so far, as far as views indicate.

Google ads bring visitors to my website, inspirational self help books, which requires constant research, but I am starting to enjoy marketing, because it’s the only way I can reach people who might benefit from my medical training and experience.

There’s also my weekly newsletter, with brings consistency to my work.

Life sure is interesting, so please don’t waste it.

Cheers,

The power of exercise
MRI scans through the thighs of three guys. Grey is muscle, white is fat, clear ring around the central white spot (bone marrow) is the femoral bone. Note the loss of both muscle and bone mass in the sedentary guy.
