Plantar Fasciitis Junk Science BS?
My ‘so-called plantar fasciitis’ research has been called ‘junk science‘ and ‘BS‘ by separate authorities. I found, as an experienced researcher of over 40 years, that such responses should be taken as encouragement. It means I’m on the right track!
However, I’m taking a break from morning heel pain, to master podcasting for my primary interest; helping people get their lives back on track, with vascular disease, including aortic aneurysms and heart disease.
I wanted to place a note here, for those interested in this work:
- If you have intense morning heel pain, and you come to the conclusion that you are experiencing the symptoms of ‘so-called plantar fasciitis’ (download explanation here), start by exploring the issue of shoes. Less risk and more potential for benefit, than all other treatments I investigated!
- One ‘plantar fasciitis shoe’ website actually cited my work. I have no financial involvement with this businessman, with the odd name (odd for me, that is, bataitau), but he showed some respect for this old man’s work. We actually communicated on this issue briefly, via the Facebook Messaging App. So, you could take time a look at his site, Best Shoes For Plantar Fasciitis. He may just be able to help you!
- If no-one tries my rice grain treatment, and fills out the associated survey, you probably won’t hear from me again on the subject of so-called plantar fasciitis. You know the expression, ‘beating a dead horse’, I suspect. As a vegan animal rights advocate, I hesitated to use it, but it was apt. I’m not too concerned, as ‘so-called plantar fasciitis’ has been great business training, and our book, The Plantar Fasciitis Treatment Roadmap, continues to sell, slowly!
- If people want to ask me about their particular case of morning heel pain, don’t hesitate to contact us for advice.

- In fact, my first podcast is highly relevant to the subject of ‘so-called plantar fasciitis.’ Here it is, again, because I had such fun making it:
Wishing you happy feet and happy trails.
Damn! It’s good to be alive.
