It would appear that when it comes to this blog, people are interested in learning how to train safely, live life to the full, address injuries intelligently, and overcome major health challenges through the incorporation of exercise into their life. This response is encouraging, so I’ll carry on in the same vein, unless someone comes up with a good reason as to why I should desist, because I am really enjoying myself and learning a lot in the process.
