Well! They canceled the Asheville marathon, just after I finished the last long run, of 19 miles. So I did the training, anyway, in spite of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) calf and foot pain. The training definitely ameliorates PAD. Time to get back on the bike, now the weather is improving, with an easy spin this afternoon.

Ironman Florida 2020 — No regular bike! Custom fit Guru, designed by Victor of Bicycle Lab to reduce hip flexion, as one change made to protect Rupert (AAA stent graft) from displacement.

It will be good to be back on the road again.
