Exercise For Pain Sure Helped Me Today! I was grumpy all morning. I'd planned a workout, early, but life happened instead. Mid-afternoon, still grumpy, due to stinging pain over dermatomes T2-T5 (see image), I climbed on the ol' CompuTrainer.
